  4. Once complete, click on the top-right corner of the page to view your shopping bag, double check your order, then click on PROCEED TO CHECKOUT
  5. Checkout as guest, sign in, or create an account
  6. Enter your contact and address details, followed by a secure, private page to select payment method and enter your payment details
  7. Once done, just click on COMPLETE ORDER and we'll start packing it up for you!

We offer 2 modes of payment. One is Paid order (Credit or Debit Card) and the other is cash on Delivery order. Please note that Cash on Delivery service is only available in Dubai.

FOR UAE REGION

  1. We have 10 days FULL refund policy for CARD PAYMENTS ONLY
  2. Items must be returned with original tags attached.
  3. PLEASE NOTE: items that are damaged, soiled, or smelling of perfumes/scents will NOT qualify for a refund and can be refused.
  4. Card refunds take up to 7-14 days depending on the issuing bank of credit card to refund amount back to the card used during the transaction. Refunds are processed once the item(s) are received back to us.
  5. We are sorry but we are unable to offer a free returns service, return must be made at your own cost.

FOR GCC REGION

  1. For GCC orders, unfortunately, we do not offer free returns. So, if you would like to return any item then you will send it to us on your own. The brand will provide you full refund once we receive the item(s).
  2. PLEASE NOTE: items that are damaged, soiled, or smelling of perfumes/scents will NOT qualify for a refund and can be refused.

If you receive a refund/a gift card/a promotional code, then at the time of checkout you will see “Apply Voucher” bar. Add the credit note code/ a gift card/a promotional code there and place the order.
