RETURNS and EXCHANGES

FOR UAE REGION

  1. We have 10 days FULL refund policy for CARD PAYMENTS ONLY
  2. Items must be returned with original tags attached.
  3. PLEASE NOTE: items that are damaged, soiled, or smelling of perfumes/scents will NOT qualify for a refund and can be refused.
  4. Card refunds take up to 7-14 days depending on the issuing bank of credit card to refund amount back to the card used during the transaction. Refunds are processed once the item(s) are received back to us.
  5. We offer free return in UAE region.

FOR GCC REGION

  1. For GCC orders, unfortunately, we do not offer free returns. So, if you would like to return any item then you will send it to us on your own. The brand will provide you full refund once we receive the item(s).
  2. PLEASE NOTE: items that are damaged, soiled, or smelling of perfumes/scents will NOT qualify for a refund and can be refused.

FOR UAE REGION

  1. Items can be exchanged within 10 days after receiving your parcel
  2. We offer 1 free exchange to UAE customers if you are changing the size/color/style, for further exchanges the charge of AED 20 per collection will be applicable.
  3. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unstained and unperfumed with NO stains of make-up and all tags attached.

FOR GCC REGION

  1. For GCC orders, unfortunately, we do not offer free exchanges. So, if you would like to exchange any item then this will be treated as a return and you must place a new order for the item you would like instead.
  1. The customer can cancel their order within 2 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow us for up to 7-14 working days for the refund transfer to be completed.
  1. Sale item(s) CAN NOT ne returned or exchanged. No exceptions will be made for sizing, fit or fabric issues. We understand that buying sale items can be tricky, so if you have any questions about the styles, please reach out to customer services before placing your order.
